Lose Belly Fat – My Success Story

Chances are that you are reading this webpage because you are looking for a way to lose belly fat. I was just like you a few months ago.. hopping from website to website trying to find a solution to lose belly fat effectively. I guess you could say that I was desperately  lost trying to find an honest solution that actually worked. I am going to take a wild guess and say that just like me, you also have come across many websites that state things like “This magic pill made me lose 50kg’s in 3 months, buy it now and start losing belly fat today!” What happens then? Can’t reach for the credit card quick enough to start taking this wonderful product that will make me magically lose all my belly fat in 2 months flat. Well surprise surprise the the product arrives, you start taking it anxiously just waiting to see the belly fat come off, and then…… nothing. I could have probably bought a beach property in Knysna with all the money that I have spent on these types of products. I consider myself lucky that I found a way to achieve my goals and lose belly fat WITHOUT using any of these magic pills or hype potions. I was intrigued with the no nonsense “this is the truth about how to lose belly fat” vibe of the product and decided gave it a go. And what a risk it was! I finally got rid of all my belly fat!!

If you are a woman reading this you are probably thinking that “it’s easier form men to lose belly fat than me, what about us?” Well…. my wife Claire can’t stop talking to her friends about it too… you see the program is specifically targeted to either men or woman, and when she saw me lose belly fat like a crazy person, she also joined and saw brilliant results herself! I’m glad that I could finally get rid of all my belly fat and feel good about myself. It is almost as if you feel guilty when you know that you CAN look way better but don’t do anything about it. An American would say that it feels ‘Liberating’, me as a South-African I say it’s ‘Blerrie Lekker!’ ;-)

Belly Fat and situp’s – Do they work?

There are a number of different reasons why people might be interested in doing abdominal exercises. Some people do them in order to lose belly fat to a certain extent and to try and get a slender looking body. Other people may do ab exercises in order to get ripped and have sixpack abs. Regardless of which you are doing, you might be surprised to learn that many of the abdominal exercises are not really doing to help you lose belly fat. As a matter of fact, some of the best exercises for your midsection are not going to help you lose belly fat at all.

The truth behind this is the fact that abdominal exercises are not necessarily going to help us to lose belly fat. Someone that does these exercises regularly may have a very strong core but you’re never going to be able to tell that if they have a layer of belly fat that is surrounding it. In order for you to truly be able to lose belly fat and look your best as far as your abdominal area is concerned, you need to concentrate on working other areas of your body that will help you to burn fat. How to Lose Belly Fat even faster

I wanted to clarify some concepts today about carbohydrates and belly fat loss.  If you had known me personally, you would know that I like to bash carbs quite often… This is true to some extent, but there are exceptions. Click here to see why I say so.

I believe over consumption of grain-based carbs in particular (breads, cereals, pasta, etc) is one of the major factors holding most people back to lose belly fat.  Notice I said OVER-consumption of grains.  I don’t like to 100% forbid any one food type (except artificial trans fats, which are just THAT evil). And keep in mind that carbs come in many more forms than just grains… we’ve also got fruits, berries, veggies, beans, potatoes, etc… some of which are much healthier than grains as a carb source.
